Correction to User's Handbook February 1989

The chart for the lubricating oil specification on page

5.03 of the 1000 Series User's Handbook, publication
number TPD 0188 1261 EFG, is incorrect.
The correct lubricating oil specification for naturally
aspirated engines in heavy duty earth moving
equipment is API CD/SE, MIL-L-2104C or CCMCD2.
Please ensure, where possible, that operators of
heavy duty earth moving equipment in your area who
use this Handbook are aware of this correction. Also
please amend your stock of this Handbook.
The latest copies of this Handbook have been
amended.
