    PASSADO SIMPLES DO VERBO TO BE

    O verbo tobe é considerado irregular e, no passado simples, apresenta as formas


    WAS e WERE.
    WAS – usamos nos pronomes I, he, she, it
    WERE – usamos para os pronomes you, we, they
    O verbo tobeNÃO precisa do verbo auxiliar (did) para perguntas ou negações.

    Forma Negativa e Interrogativa do verbo tobe :


    Negativa: WAS NOT ou WASN’T (forma curta )
    WERE NOT ou WEREN’T (forma curta)

    Interrogativa: WAS + SUJEITO...?


    WERE + SUJEITO...?
    CONJUGAÇAO DO VERBO TO BE NO SIMPLE PAST NAS FORMAS

    They WERE... They WERE not / WEREN’T WERE they...?
