For VENUE for HOLI FEST 2077 by LAKHEY EVENTS

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is hereby made and entered into by and between the
LAKHEY EVENTS, Butwal here in after referred to as first party and ………………..…… …………
here in after referred to as second party on …………………...2021 in mutual consensus of both the parties
as event partner for HOLI FEST 2077.

Terms and conditions agreed by both the parties are as under:

1. First Party is ready to appoint second party as venue for HOLI FEST 2077 .

2. First party will promote 2nd party as official venue in every printing and digital promotion partner.

3. Artist,security, light, sound, event flow, emcee, local promotion and other event charges will be done
by first party.

4. 2nd party is liable to conduct and manage food stalls for whole crowd and sitting arrangements for the
VIPs crowd.

5. 2nd party will liable to provide venue in their own cost collabing with the first party.

6. At least 30 security bouncer for the venue and the responsibility to keep the peace in the event venue
goes to first party.

7. All local and national promotions will be done by first party including pre photoshoots and videos in
the venue for the event.

8. 12/10 Stage with 6 feet height in main venue, with straw hut in top of the event, with cooler in
performance platform.

9. 2nd party will receive 50 entries provided by the First party.

10. 1st party is responsible for minimum 500 running crowd (invitation and ticket) in grand event day.

11. 2nd party have to promote the main or sub sponsor brands managed by 1 st party, as their sales in the
event day.

12. Any dispute raised in future will settled in mutually discussion and governed by the law of land in
which it is signed and will be under the jurisdiction of the incumbent authority designated by the
bearers.
