    3 situations:
    1.) You failed this grading

    2.) You got someone pregnant

    3.) You got a new job

    You got a new job

    Manifest Functions:
    I apply for the job because i think i have the skills . i got an email saying i passed the
    interview.

    Latent Functions:
    I didn’t think that i’ll pass the interview as i shutter as i speak and answer their
    questions.

    Social Dysfunctions: If i didn’t get the job, i will be unemployed . if i ran out of courage
    and didn’t kept applying for the job and the unemployed rate may arise.
