Horizon introduces New Innovative On-line Book Publishing
System; CABS. The CABS (Computer Aided Binding System),
integration of Gatherer (MG-60H), Perfect Binder (SB-08) and
Three-Knife Trimmer (HT-70), features space saving, quick
changeover and high speed but still short-run book MG-60H
Single unit has 6 hoppers. The MG-60H can

The CABS, on-line gathering, binding and trimming system has
maximum 36-hopper gatherer, 8-clamp perfect binder and hydraulic
three-knife trimmer. Top production speed for CABS is 3,000 books per
hour when performing 2 to 25 mm (0.08" to 1") book (Trimming 3 books
at a time on HT-70). The CABS can produce the book size ranging from
128 x 182 mm (5" x 7.2") to 250 x 330 mm (9.8" x 13").

The MG-60H System Gatherer is 6-hopper signature gathering machine which can
be upgraded to 36-hopper system. Air suction feeding system on MG-60H can feed
single fold sheet to 32-page signature and even single sheet. The Horizon original
detection system will detect misfeed or double feeding for reliable feeding.
