DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, , of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at , herein after called the
DONORS and Sitio San Martin, Brgy. San Isidro, Palompon, Leyte, represented by
, , also of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at ,
, , herein called as DONEE;

WITNESSETH

That the DONORS are the registered owners of a parcel of land, more particularly described as follows:

“ A certain portion of the whole area measuring 18 x 20 sq. meters under Tax Decaration No. 13165 in
the name of Saturnino Viacrusis (deceased) this area is the old site where the Sitio San Martin Chapel was
erected.”

THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the love and affection the DONORS has for the DONEE,
the DONORS hereby TRANSFERS, GIVES, AND ASSIGNS unto the DONEE, her heirs and assigns, the
property described above, free from all liens and encumbrances and charges of whatever kind;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation is not made with intent to defraud their
creditors, and that they have sufficient funds and property reserved for themselves and their obligations;

That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in favor of Sitio San Martin, Brgy. San
Isidro, Palompon, Leyte, (represented by Francisco Beltran) by the DONORS, and hereby manifest their
gratefulness for the latters generosity and liberality.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto subscribed their names this 9 th day of May, 1990
at Palompon, Leyte, Philippines.
