1. Define and differentiate health and wellness? (20 points)
Fitting on a psychological and physiological level can lead to well-being, according to
the World Health Organization (WHO), which defines health as a condition of total
physical, mental, and social well-being and not only the absence of disease or infirmity. I
believe that is a great place to start on your path to wellness. Wellness is defined as being
in good bodily and mental health and focuses on examining all facets of one's life and
continuously seeking balance. Wellness has an impact on every aspect of life, enabling
you to consistently improve your health and well-being. Having a body that is free of
disease and does not require medication does not imply that you are healthy.
2. What are the 2 dimensions of health and explain each component? (30 points)

When we talk about physical health, it is a condition that refers to the status of your
body, which may call for some understanding of the significance of exercise, wholesome
eating, and enough sleep, as well as the avoidance of bad habits. Koipysheva et al. (2018)
claim that physical health is a dynamic condition characterized by the development of
biochemical, physiological, and mental processes that affect human social behavior and
labor capacity. I believe that it might limit your attention to daily physical activity and
consuming a healthy diet.

According to the World Health Organization, mental health is a state of mental well-
being that allows people to cope with life's challenges, realize their abilities, work and
learn efficiently, and contribute to their communities. For this reason, I think it is a must
to preserve our mental health. If you are psychologically unstable, it doesn't matter how
physically strong you are because I feel that if you haven't addressed any mental barriers,
mindset hang-ups, or past traumas, you might not be successful at overall well-being in
the present. Physical and mental health need to coexist in harmony.

generation to the next generation.

The World Health Organization (WHO) gathers information about medical services and
results on a global scale. Every nation has a distinct method for delivering healthcare.
People who are in good health are disease-free and have effective bodies. Research is
done by scientists and medical practitioners to assist people in managing their health.
4. Health as the Basic Human right is embodied in? (10 points)
According to the 1946 WHO Constitution, "every human being has a fundamental right
to the best attainable standard of health." "A fundamental right of every human being"
means that everyone should have access to the healthcare services they require when
and where they require them without facing financial hardship. The World Health
Organization (WHO) has urged all nations to uphold and defend human rights in the area
of health, particularly for those who are marginalized or experience stigma or
discrimination in the workplace, in public institutions, in private organizations, or their
communities. Nobody should be required to undergo medical testing without their
informed consent, be forced to undergo a physical examination, or get treatment.
