1.What are the problems of the case?

A. The most noticeable problem in this case was there is n unity in top management that
the decision making makes it more challenging when it comes to problem solving. Without the
coordination of the top management the organization will undoubtedly collapse.
B. the managers are being so stubborn about the things they want to do they hired an
external consultant to help them and decide for everyone but the manager doesn’t want to the
consultant.
C. third the top management resist to change since they are in position they are in
amidst of problems but they still don’t want to listen to their employees
