Candidates / Parents/caregivers of candidates


• Double check date, time and location of the exam.
• Parents/caregivers/teachers with candidates and adult candidates are responsible to
arrive on time for the written and oral exams at the allocated exam rooms.
Check the arrival time in the table ‘Key dates & Start times’.
• You will have to sign in upon the candidate’s arrival at the exam room and sign out once
the written exam has finished to pick up the candidate(s).
• Parents/ caregivers are responsible for the candidates’ safety before and after the
written and oral exams.

Ensure that you arrive early, as there will most likely be queues. Please arrive at the examination
in good time.

What to bring with you


• You are required to supply your own pens at the examination. Candidates must bring
with them and use either black or blue pen for the written examination. Pencils may be
used to make draft notes only. Answers are only marked if they are written in pen
and all answers need to be in Greek.
• Candidates must provide a photographic Identification Document (ID) as proof of
identity before they may be permitted to sit for the exam. This must be shown to the
exam invigilator prior to the commencement of the examination. We regret to inform
you that candidates without an ID won't be permitted to sit for the exam.
• Candidates must bring printed the Candidate's Card (the document that was emailed
to you when your registration was complete).
• A bottle of water.

• Listen to the invigilator's instructions.
• Use this time wisely. Ensure you understand the instructions for the exam paper and read
all the questions carefully.

What NOT to bring with you


• No books, dictionaries, copybooks or other papers are allowed throughout the
examination.
• The use of correction fluid is prohibited. Candidates may simply cross mistakes out.
• Mobile phones (unless you have switched off your mobiles before the examination).
• Any electronic device. This includes communication devices, organisers, tablets (e.g.
iPads), music players or electronic dictionaries.
• Food is not permitted in the examination room.

Unauthorised Material
The presence of any unauthorised material or device into the examination room
constitutes an examination offence and may result in disciplinary action being taken
against you.
