2. Describe the challenges and difficulties you faced while searching for the
research papers and reading them. (write in about 150 words (6 marks))
3. Is there any benefit in reading and reviewing the research articles? If yes,
list the benefits you have gained. If not, write why it is not beneficial.

2. The difficulties that I faced while searching and reading research articles
were that there were many articles that were not related to my topic and
also many articles were having almost the same content or the same
content explained in a different way. Several articles just deviated from
whatever they were dealing with in the mid-way and started a different
topic which made it difficult to find a completely apt article for reading.
3. I found reading research articles and reviewing them a very beneficial
one as I was able to understand the way in which I must write and present
a research article and was also able to learn a lot of information from each
one of the articles that I read and it was a major source of enlightment for
me as I found it very helpful to learn the application of emotional
intelligence in being a good leader.
