Musicians Co-operative. As a Senior Helpdesk Analyst with previous experience in IT Service Desk
at Proampac and CIBC, I am confident that my skills and experience will make me a valuable

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in incident management, problem


management, and change management. In my most recent position at Proampac, I was responsible
for managing the helpdesk team and resolving complex IT issues in a timely and efficient manner. I
worked closely with other IT teams to ensure that incidents were resolved and root cause analysis
was performed to prevent future incidents. Additionally, I was responsible for creating and
maintaining detailed incident reports for management review.

Prior to Proampac, I worked at CIBC as an IT Service Desk Analyst where I provided first-line
support for all IT-related issues for the bank’s employees. During my time at CIBC, I developed
strong customer service skills and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of technical
issues. I was also responsible for documenting all incidents and escalating any unresolved issues to
the appropriate teams.

In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to
work well under pressure. I am confident in my ability to effectively communicate with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner.
