    Dear Dr. Gochuico,

    Greetings!

    I am Eduvejes D. Dello, and I would like to notify you of my intent to continue my studies
    despite my absence for the first and second semester of academic year 2021-2022, and first
    semester of academic year 2022-2023. I was not able to re-enroll for the said semesters due to
    conflict of schedule, as I am working in a government owned treatment and rehabilitation center
    for drug dependents, and due to unforeseen situation with my family that required my attention. I
    already acquired 24 units since second semester of 2019-2020. I would be needing to complete
    six (6) units for the basic subjects, three (3) units from the major subjects, and lastly, the
    institutional requirement subject, before I could take the Comprehensive Examination. I hope
    that you’ll give me a chance to pursue my studies here in DLSU-Dasmarinas.
