    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to ask for permission to conduct a survey among
    25 of your students about the constellations found in the Philippines. The survey will be part of a
    project that I am working on for “Term paper writing in the English subject” by Head of SPC, Mrs. Ann
    Bacang (my English teacher).

    The survey will only take around 5-10 minutes to complete and will consist of questions about
    the students’ knowledge and understanding of the constellations found in the Philippines. The results of
    the survey will be anonymized and used to inform my project.

    I assure you that the survey will be conducted in a respectful and professional manner, and will
