In par al fulfillment of the requirements of Grade 11 in English V, we would like to ask your 
permission to allow us to conduct a survey among the students in your school. This is in view of our case 
study,   en tled,   “Students’   percep ons   of   Facebook   for   academic   purposes   ”.   This   study   aims   to 
inves gate Facebook use in learning purposes and about its role in educa on. 
The survey will not last more than 15 minutes and would be arranged at a  me convenient to 
the students’ schedule and we assure you that this survey wont affect their classes. Par cipa on in the 
survey   is   en rely   voluntary.   All   of   the   informa on   that   will   be   provided   will   be   kept   in   utmost 
confiden ality and would be used only for academic purposes.
