Dear Respondents,

You are being invited to participate in a research study on CARTOGRAPHICATION: TRACKING

PATTERNS OF ADMISSIONS AND GRADUATES OF PHILIPPINE NORMAL UNIVERSITY NORTH
LUZON THROUGH THE USE OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY . In
particular, we are interested in your past experiences about the university and your journey from
being a student and up until now.

The purpose of this study is to map and analyze the data provided by our dear respondents and
once the data are mapped through GIS, the researchers assume that the succeeding data set
for the years to come will be added to create a more comprehensive university map that will
provide an outlook to the admissions of the institution and provide a new set of information for
research utilization in PNUNL. 

This research will acquire about 30 minutes of your time. During this time, you will be
interviewed about the reason/recruitment strategy that made you study at PNU, poverty rate
during college, employment rate of self and/or family during college, school alternatives, number
of teachers from PNU in high school, and population if it is answerable. The questions in this
interview will be sent to you through google forms so that you can answer it with no hesitations.

There are no anticipated risks or discomforts related to this research. You are guaranteed that
this interview will remain confidentially and will be used for academic purposes only. This
interview will be a large contribution on the recruitment strategy of the Philippine Normal
University North Luzon by tracking/mapping the data on GIS (Geographic Information System). 

The results from this study will be presented through journal research and will be used for the
improvement of the university student recruitment and for more future research. The results may
also be presented to schools and other departments. If you wish to receive a copy of the results
from this study, you may contact one of the researchers.
