PROJECT PROPOSAL

Community-Based Seminar Program

I. RATIONALE
Society as a whole benefits when more people are productive and contribute
to their country's growth. This project aims to provide a seminar for the people
who are unemployed, give them the best opportunity to have decent work,
train them to the highest possible quality, and provide them with skills that
match labor market demand so that all aspiring people can attain productive
employment. This project will give decent work to all women and men who are
given equal opportunities in the workplace.

II. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Sangguniang Kabataan in Barangay Longos Calasiao Pangasinan will be
implementing the activity "Community-Based Seminar Program". This is to
have enough knowledge of how to get a job and on how to stay on the job for
the residents of Barangay Longos.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Awareness of how to use values in improving your own professionalism
To increase knowledge of emotional intelligence
To enhance their skills
