I, Luigi Airis A.

Manansala, of legal age, single, presently residing at Kawit, Cavite, after having
duly sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:

That this 9th day of May, 2023, I voluntarily went to the Station Drug Enforcement Unit, located
at Las Piñas City to personally submit myself or surrender as user of “MARIJUANA”;

That I used “MARIJUANA” since 2020 because of peer pressure but I decided to stop using it and
I will promise not to use and get involved in illegal drugs activities again;

That I will voluntarily give information as my commitment to pledge support in the crusade
against illegal drugs of the government particularly the PNP;

That before my voluntary submission to this authority, in several occasions, I used to buy
“MARIJUANA” from Jalanie R. Guro, presently residing at Talon Singko, Las Piñas City, 22 years old, and
single;

That sometimes I would go to a drug den managed by Ryan Jay Vasquez, presently residing at
Talon Tres, Las Piñas City, 22 years old, and single, located at Pilar, Las Piñas City. When I would arrive
there at, there were about two (2) individuals taking illegal drugs. I saw Jalanie Guro and Ryan Jay
Vasquez also inside the den. The den usually operates at 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm;

That, on several occasions, I saw Police officer within the vicinity of the drug den;

That I also learned that their supply of illegal drugs came from a drug laboratory located in
Almanza Dos, Las Piñas City which is operated by a certain Ericka Saban, 22 years old, and single.
Accordingly, it existed since 2018 and never been detected by the PDEA or the Police due to its strategic
location that is hard to find. I heard, it is located at the basement;

That some pushers operating our place are dangerous because they are armed with firearms. I
knew Zaynah Reyes, 22 years old, and single, and John Harry Arasga, 23 years old, and single have their
caliber .45 pistols. They are determined to kill anyone who will hinder from their illegal activities;

That “MARIJUANA” in our place is worth 200 pesos per gram. Pusher prefer cash transaction but
sometimes they allow swap of valuable items like cellphones, laptops, and jewelries for illegal drugs;
 That I am willing to give any additional information or supplement the above statements when I
recall everything;

That, I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the above narrated facts and to
support my full interest to surrender. I herby affix my signature this 9 th day of May, 2023 at Las Piñas City
Police Station.
