BUYER’S ACCOUNT:
*Capital Gains Tax, Documentary stamp tax, notarial fee,
*Transfer tax, registration fees, and other miscellaneous expense relative to the transfer
of title and tax declaration
1. That the Seller will take charge of the broker’s fee and the updated real property
tax;
2. That the Buyer will take charge of the capital gains tax, documentary stamp
tax, notarial/lawyer’s fee, transfer tax, registration and processing fees,
and other miscellaneous fees relative to the transfer of title and tax declaration;
3. That the Seller would declare the value of the property in the deed of sale based
on its updated zonal value, for tax purposes;
4. That the Seller has already paid up to date the real property tax for the year 2023-
5. That the property is free of any lien and encumbrance as shown in the recent
certified true copy of lot title and tax declaration.
