Tax, notarial fees, documentary stamp tax, registration fees, IT fee and processing fees.

II. TITLE

The title shall be free from any liens and encumbrances. All real property taxes
should be paid and up to date based on actual improvements, if any. All unpaid utility
bills or back taxes shall be on your account until our actual transfer of possession

III. PAYMENT

The consideration for payment of your property in the amount stated above
