    Dear Baranggay Captain Ogbac,

    I hope you are well and reading my letter. I'm writing to draw your attention to a

    serious issue that needs to be addressed right away in our community. The goal

    of this complaint is to enlist help in resolving the situation for the benefit of our

    neighborhood.

    I want to bring up the following issue that needs your attention:

    I'm writing to voice my worry about noise pollution since it prevents us from

    accomplishing any of our tasks and keeps us up at night because we have

    school the next day. The people in our barangay have been impacted by this

    problem, thus I kindly ask you to act right away to fix it.

    We appreciate your dedication to serving our barangay and your attention to

    detail. I'm still optimistic that working together, we can improve things in our

    baranggay and bring about positive change.
