A statement of my academic interests and motivations for the postgraduate study.

I am a graduate of medicine and surgery from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife, Nigeria. I have
been practicing as a general practitioner for more than ten years now. My interest varies from common
neurological cases to interests in the health and wellbeing of different age groups from childhood to the
elderly. I want to study how their different physiological and anatomical differences influences, clinician
choice of the right therapy. I want to look beyond drugs to the interactions of the family, environment
and the large society in determining what the best is for each age and socioeconomic groups.

I have a firm foundation in the sciences, both basic and applied sciences, by training in medicine and
surgery was also holistic. I have had the privileges of been trained by American missionaries Doctors. I
works in various formations and units now as military Doctors and have various clinical experiences
ranging from medicine to trauma.
