Writing - Describing a process

I. Introduction
1. Phải phrase lại câu hỏi của đề bài (khác ít nhất 2 từ)
2. Một số câu để áp dụng:
- The chart/diagram shows/describes/illustrates/demontrates how to +…….
- The chart/diagram shows/describes/illustrates/demontrates the process of ……..
- How…..….is produced/ made
Ex: The pictures show the process of making paper = The diagram illustrates how to make paper
II. Overview
1. Để đánh dấu đây là phần overview thì phải có chữ “overall” đầu phần
2. Những phần bắt buộc trong phần này
- Phải nêu được bao nhiêu bước trong quy trình, bước đầu và bước cuối
- Viết thêm một số câu có ý chung trong tất cả các bước (như có tất cả các bước đều cần có máy móc thì có thể nói:
Making this requires many eqiupments)
3. Một số mẫu câu để áp dụng:
- There are …….....main stages (steps) in the process/in the process beginning with……...and ending with.……
- The ………involves ………main steps/ stages beginning with………and finishing with………
III. Body
1. Nếu đề cho ít quy trình và ít phức tạp thì để 1 đoạn văn, ngược lại thì tách đều 2 đoạn văn
2. Những phần bắt buộc
- Phải có dấu hiệu để biết bước tiếp theo
- Nếu thiếu chữ thì không bỏ sót các bước, tuy nhiên nếu bài dài quá có thể gộp các bước để viết
- Cần dùng hết những hình ảnh đã cho, các chữ người ta ghi trong hình
3. Các cấu trúc được dùng trong phần này
- Being + V-ed (mệnh đề quan hệ rút gọn với thể bị động khi cùng chủ ngữ)
Ex: After being washed, the tomatoes are moved to the grilling stage.
- While/ Simultaneously/Thereby
4. Từ vựng mô tả thứ tự quy trình
a. Bắt đầu process:

b. Các bước tiếp theo:

- Then (đặt sau động từ tobe, trước động từ thường)
c. Kết thúc process:
