Bachelor: the average high school
score 'B' or higher
Master/PhD: Bachelor 3.3 GPA
or higher
Application  applicant's application (form attached);
Documents  copies of the identity document (passport);
 a notarized copy of the document on the
previous level of education (transcript if
available);
 a medical certificate for a student traveling
abroad, issued by the official health authority
of the candidate's country of residence;
 a medical certificate confirming the absence of
HIV infection & AIDS disease, issued by the
official health authority of the candidate's
country of residence;
 motivation letter in Kazakh/Russian or English;
 recommendation letter in Kazakh/Russian or
English;
 a non-conviction certificate
