Submitting you Proposal on VendorSmart

1. Login to VendorSmart www.VendorSmart.com

2. Click the Bell Icon


This is where you can see notifications, and links to jobs your company has been invited to.
3. Click on RFP Link
Any jobs you are invited to will show up in the notification section with a link to the job
posting.

4. Click on Send a Proposal


After you have reviewed the Request for Proposal (RFP) and you are ready to bid, click
Send a Proposal.
5. Tell us about your proposal
In this section type any information you want presented in the bid package to the
community manager and board of directors.

6. Enter your prices for each scope item.


7. Indicate if you meet the listed requirements

8. Upload Documents you want included in the bid package


Provide all documents you want included in the bid package such as company marketing
material, copies of your agreement, photos, etc.
9. Click on Post a Proposal
