Assignment 2

Q: Create a story with the help of picture along with the usage of at least ten new vocabulary
words.

Our main trouble started from a shop where we went. "Mom......Dad is

calling you. We are getting late, the shop will be closed soon,” told me
“Huh just coming Tommy”, said Mom. We sat in the car and went to the
shop.
“Dad, can we go to a place, where we can play,” said my sister.
Sorry my dare but you will love this restaurant a lot too, said dad
We went to the restaurant and every one was very jovial. We ordered
many things. All of them were amazing. The waiters were very kind too.
The restaurant was adorned. The waiters were working in a pleasant way.
This was a French cuisine. Their taste was peculiar. First, we ordered
starter and then main course dishes.
People were as muttering as birds chirping. Everything was going all set
but suddenly a thing happened that ruined our lives. A waiter suddenly
shouted; the shop has caught fire run to save your lives. Everywhere was
chaos created. We thought some nasty guys are over there who makes a
disturbance.
My father had worked in the fire station before and he knew how to cope
up but when he went in the kitchen the scene as suddenly changed.
There was no water, no person and when he tried to come back, he got
stuck between the fire. He shouted for help but no one was daring to go
inside, after at least 5minutes when we controlled the fire and went
inside, our dad was burned, the skin was no longer in colour white. The
scene was very horrible. My mother was crying and crying. And yelling.
Thanks to God there was a person who called the ambulance and was a
himself a dermatologist so he knew what to do at that time. My mother
was having a big sheet so the person wrapped my father in and threw
cold water. After a while the ambulance arrived. When my father went to
the hospital and after the tests results and some treatment, the doctor
gave the remarks that Hes fighting between life and death. We as
children prayed to Allah to bring him back. After few hours the doctor
said that they would be doing an operation so they can save my dad's life.
We were just waiting for the good news and the news came. It was that
our dad opened his eyes but still needs a treatment. After3 days dad
came back his skin was still aching and was red but well he was our father
and nothings bad for us about him. I will thank that guy again for the help
and thanks to God, he saved my dad's life. Now I'm in university and my
sister is in collage, whenever we remember this story, we get little scared
and from then till now my mom doesn’t allow us to-do anything from fire
