As a Geophysics Engineering student in my final year of study, I have developed a strong analytical mindset and
attention to detail. My experience in sales and cold calling as a broker has allowed me to develop excellent
communication and negotiation skills. In my first 3 months of employment, I successfully made calls that closed
deals worth over $10k USD. Implemented new techniques and formulas to manage large databases in google
sheets and improve performance for the project by 200%
WORK EXPERIENCE
Auto Transport Broker – Loyal Shipper LLC, B2B and B2P 12/2022 - 04/2023
• Conducted cold calls to generate new leads and expand customer base that ended up generating deals
worth over $10K USD.
• Maintained accurate records of all client interactions in the Bats CRM system that was also used to make
a provide quotes for potential customers.
• Used Facebook groups to establish B2B and B2P relationships and generate leads.
• Established and maintained relationships with leads, providing timely follow-ups and addressing their
concerns during the transportation process.
• Converted quotes into sales by effectively addressing customer objections. Negotiated transport costs and
logistics with carriers to maximize profitability.
