Subject: Permission for conducting an ICT QUIZ Competition

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter on behalf of the student of the Department of Computer Science &
Engineering, Feni University to seek your permission for conducting a Quiz Competition named
“ICT QUIZ Competition 2016”. The Competition will be held at the University Hall room on 21
July, 2016, Thursday. Students from the various institutions (Colleges, Polytechnics etc.) will
attend in the Competition.

The main objective of this Competition is that the students gain valuable knowledge about the
technology field. Also can hugely publicity about the university to the target students of Feni
University.

Now, to make this event a true success, we need to raise funds so that more and more students
can attend the event and get benefited. So we planned that, the competition will be conducted by
fully sponsored and departmental student’s contribution.
