IMPRESSION:

 No pneumothorax

 subtle hemothroax with ground glass opacities in the basal segments of both
the lower lobes . probably representing contusion.

 there is evidence of fracture involving the anterior aspect of 1 st and 2nd ribs.

 fracture involving the posterior and lateral end of left 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th and

8th ribs with no evidence of displacement of fragments

 there is evidence of fracture involving the left blade of scapula.

 faint defect in the posterior end of right 2nd and 3rd ribs with no evidence of
displacement of fragments possibly representing hairline fracture

 emphysema in the chest wall involving the muscle and subcutaneous plane

when compared to the previous study dated  31.05.2023 there is reduction

in the hemothorax with formation of plate like Atelectatic changes
