Dear Parent,

It's time for summer vacation once again. You must have planned your vacation time with lots
of fun activities to do, wonderful places to visit with your family, delicious goodies to try,
friends and relatives to meet with and many more. We wish you a fantastic vacation and
incredible memories to treasure for life! We too have planned some fun activities for you. A
summer camp is such a valuable experience for everyone. At The Shri Ram Unversal School, we
view these days as the best time for personal development, renewal, and refreshment.

We are glad to announce that we have scheduled the ‘SHRI SUMMER CAMP’ at the school
premises. As part of the summer camp, children will get delightful opportunities to involve
themselves in various fun filled and skill enhancing activities such as Art & Craft, Dance,
Music/Robotics and Cooking without Fire, Outdoor Games and much more, under the
supervision and guidance of their expert teachers. And, the best part of the camp is that you
can invite your friends to join the camp and have unlimited fun together!

Kindly note the given details:

All activities will be held at school premises.

Registration Charges is 2000/-(transport will be provided within 12 kms)
Registration dates are from May 21st to May 25th
Payment for THE SHRI CAMP will be made in cash/online.
Send consent in the child’s Almanac.
Please note that charges once paid will not be refunded.
Children can register for any activities in Category I or Category II or both as per the
details given overleaf.
Children opting for sports activities will come in appropriate sports gear as
recommended by the sports coaches.
Children will bring their own material for chosen activities.
Once registered, changes will not be allowed in the chosen activities.

Registration will be on first come first serve basis.
