Please read carefully and make sure to have all the following items daily. We
appreciate your attention to this list.

2. Poster Paints (red, yellow, blue black and white)
3. Paint Brushes
4. Color Palette
5. Water Container
6. 20 Old Newspapers
7. 1 KG German Glue (White Glue)
8. Sand Paper
9. Scissors
10. Pencil, Rubber, Plastic Scale and Pencil Sharpener
11. Color Pencils
12. Color Markers
13. Apron for Paint Activity
DISCIPLINE :

We expect Students to follow the established code of conduct expressed to Students by


his/her counselor on opening day. Any Student behavior showing disrespect or
disobedience to these guidelines will result in appropriate discipline. The counselor will be
the first individual to deal with Student behavior problems. If a Student continues negative
behavior, the counselor will notify his/her Parents for assistance. If negative behavior
continues, the Summer Camp director will be notified to Drop the student from the summer
camp. The camp director will contact parents if your child is unwilling to change his/her
behavior, shows a pattern of disobedience, exhibits violent, disruptive behavior or is
assaulting (i.e. physically or verbally) other Students . Students who assault other Fellows
will be dismissed from camp programs with no refund.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:

Please leave money, electronic devices and toys at home. We will not be responsible for
lost or stolen items.

SPECIAL NEEDS:

If there are any special considerations that you feel we need to be aware of regarding
your child (medications, allergies, behavioral problems, illnesses, etc.), please let our
summer camp staff know as well as the Admin Office.
GROUND RULES:

It is our goal to ensure that each child has an enjoyable and fulfilling experience as a
participant in our program. We will always emphasize positive ways to deal with difficult
situations.

Children must stay with their designated camp leader. Or sports coach They must ask
permission to use the restroom, join other activities, early departure, etc. This is to ensure
the safety of the Students.

Everyone is here to have fun! Bullying, dangerous play and violence will not be
tolerated. Our policies on discipline include verbal warnings, one-on-one discussions, time
outs, parent conferences, and possible removal from the program.

DROP OFF:

Cars will Enter from the Gate No. 06 (Situated at the Canal Side) and after
dropping the students Vehicle will Exit from the Gate No.05.

The Summer Camp staff will be there to meet you and your child and check them in. All
children must be signed in by a parent/guardian. Please notify the staff if somebody
different will be picking up your child.

PICK UP: Please pick up your child at the same place you dropped them off, Gates of
vehicle Entry and Exit will be Same. Summer Camp staff will be available at all times.
Please do not drop off or pick up your child without locating appropriate staff!
DRESS CODE:

SMART CASUAL.

FOR SPORTS DAYS:

TRACK TROUSERS AND T-SHIRTS WITH JOGGERS.
