of learning and new adventures.

Thenew session is going to commence from Tuesday,April 02, 2024.

Summer School Timings - 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Time schedule for first week i.e. April 02 to April 06 will be:

o Nursery students can be picked up by parents from school at 9:30 am.

o LKG students can be picked up by parents from school at 10:00 am.
o UKG students can be picked up by parents from school at 10:30 am.

GUIDELINES FOR SESSION 2024-2025:

Learn the value of Punctuality in school and at home. Students will not be
allowed to arrive at school after 7:30 a.m.
Students must come in proper school uniform with black Velcro shoes.

The track suit uniform must be worn along with sports shoes on
every Wednesday & Saturday.
Second and Fourth Saturday of every month will be a holiday.
The fees can be paid through NLP App/ UPI Scan Code/ Card Swipe/ Cheque
in favour of
Shri Rama Bharti Public School.
Hair should be trimmed and nails should be clipped regularly. Girls should
wear white hair band or rubber band and clips only.
The school diary or Almanac must be carried to school every day.

Please fill the first three pages of the Almanac withcomplete information and
photographs.
Kindly do not send your ward to the school even in case of minor illness
and apply leave for the same on NLPApp.
Kindly tag all your wards belongings using the Tags provided by the school.
Birthdays are always special. We would want children to feel special. Your
child can distribute candies of worth not more than Rs. 5/. Your ward can
wear party dress on his/ her birthday.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST DAY:

Students must bring the Almanac with filled first 2 pagespositively to school.
Students must bring the following notebooks:

o 2 English (4 line).
o 2 Hindi (5 line).
o 1 Maths (boxes).

The following books from TINKER BOX must be sent to school:

o Book 1, 2 and 3.
o Drawing and Colouring Book.
o Art and Rhythm Book.
o Scrap Book.
o Number Work Practice book.
o English Practice book.
o Assessment Booklet.
o Craft Material Kit

Please label all the notebooks and books.

Please send an extra pair of dress with your ward in case of
an emergency situation.
Students must carry two handkerchiefs with them everyday.
