Introduction
Safety Aspects These should have been considered in the participant’s session plan, the
supervising instructor needs to ensure that all areas have been considered.
Interest To supervise and assist (where needed) the participant in the development
of resources needed for the instruction of sessions
Objectives By the end of this session:
 Participants will have developed areas of their session plan and or
resources needed for effective delivery
 The supervising instructor should record these sessions on
Westminster
 Discuss any feedback

Development
Method The advanced peer educator development sessions are designated time to
allow cadets to reflect upon and improve their peer education. This can be
anything from writing session plans to resources creation and improvement,
even delivery rehearsal.

These sessions should be recorded on Westminster. These sessions can be


based on specialisation content or CTP content.

Cadets will need to have adequate supervision whilst instructing. Supervising


staff should only step in if absolutely necessary, remember cadets are practicing
not only their instructional technique but their creativity as well.
