This document presents a research proposal on substituting banana blossom for meat in making burger patties. The proposal is presented to Macario Delfin Bermejo National High School by a group of students to fulfill the requirements for their Practical Research I course. The first chapter introduces the problem that people today are dying younger than in the past when meat was expensive and diets consisted mostly of vegetables. It also notes parents have difficulty getting their children, particularly Generation Z, to eat vegetables. The chapter discusses the proposal's statement of the problem, hypothesis, conceptual framework, significance, scope, and definition of key terms.
