Elementary C Task #1: “Gadget publicity” Instructions You should create a type of publicity describing an old gadget that isn´t in the market anymore (walkie-talkie, old cameras, 11-00). For example, it could be a flyer, a poster, or a billboard. You should present it in a written form as a very attractive product and convince the public to buy it. Requirements: • You should include original and creative designs of the gadget or product. • You should write 80 words minimum. • You should use vocabulary about shopping and buying which includes prices and characteristics of the product. • You cannot copy anything from the Internet. You cannot use translators. If you do that, you will get a “0”. Ask your teacher for the deadline. After that, you will film a video preparing the recipe, giving the ingredients list, and the basic kitchen measurements like: tablespoon, teaspoon, pint, liter, cup, gallon etc.) Finally, you should describe the steps of preparation. Requirements: • In the recording, you should include: – ingredients, kitchen measurements and steps – countable and uncountable nouns – quantifiers • You should appear in video talking. You cannot record your voice, use pictures, or subtitles. • In the video, you cannot read. • Students should film de video showing the process of the preparation and the final product. • Your video should last from 3 to 5 minutes.
