It is a requirement of this Unit that you complete Work Projects as advised by your Trainer. You must
submit documentation, suitable evidence or other relevant proof of completion of the project to your Trainer by
the agreed date.

1.1 To fulfil the requirements of this Work Project you are asked to create a procedural sheet in
relation to the below-mentioned work task. Make sure your answer must come from your mind, heart and
soul; with purest of intention and truth. (40 points)

Deadline: January 16, 2021 (Saturday)

Instruction: Encode it in an A4 paper size, Century Gothic font style, 12 font size, 1.15 spacing or Write
it in any bond paper. Send your work in the FB messenger of your trainer if your output has scripted in a
WPS or Microsoft Word format or have a screen shot of your written work and send it through the FB
Messenger of your trainer.

1.2 To fulfil the requirements of this Work Project you are asked to create a short video demonstrating the 5
bath towel folding. In the video, you must first identify the tools and supplies you will be using. You must
be placed in one edited video and the video must not exceed 2 minutes. Be creative in editing the video.
Send it in the FB Messenger of your trainer.

Note: Wear a white t-shirt and black slacks. Also, wear your face mask and hand gloves when doing the
procedure.

Deadline: January 18, 2021 (Saturday)

Rubrics:

Execution- You must follow the proper procedure of towel folding. 50%

Safety and Sanitation- You must wear your Personal Protective Equipment and follow 25%
proper safety and sanitation procedure.

Creativity- You must create a video with your utmost talent in editing and phasing. 15%

Timeliness- You must submit the requirement or outputs on or before the deadline. 10%
 FINAL EXAMINATION
Instructions:
a. Deadline: January 21-22, 2021 (Friday)
b. Send it to the messenger of your trainer or instructor
c. You can use any editing site or app.
d. Follow the given rubrics.
