computer), Eliminating the need for paper menus, flyers, in-room
directories, etc.

 Reduce plastic waste via a smartphone app. Eliminate


environmentally harmful plastic keycards and the inconvenient task of
managing keycard inventory which is prone to lose and
demagnetization.

Technology allows the quest to have


smooth and easy experiences. For
instance, a Connected room permits
the guest to personalize and control every aspect of their stay. They can
check-in and out, select their room, and make extra requests or purchases
from their smartphones.

Moreover, technology grant the hotel an


opportunity to target better customers
by marketing it through the internet. it
can also help the staff/employee to
optimize the everyday procedures and
render them more efficient.
