Upon admission, Mr. Coleman presented at the hospital with dizziness, tachycardia and upon palpation a mass on his

During hospitalization, Mr. Coleman had developed pleural effusion and consequently paracentesis was done. He was

spirolactone 60 mg. During the 5th day of his stay, his condition deteriorated and has presented difficulty of breathing. Commented [A9]: he had
