Dear Hiring Manager,

I was given a start in sales by Natural Solar in 2020 and moved to Clipsal Solar, before it
ceased trading in residential solar in late 2022. Most recently I've been with Huglo Solar. I
find enhancing lives through supplying quality products, or services more satisfying than the
business support roles I moved from. My customer care style is centred on listening and
building rapport. I get satisfaction from ensuring the client is happy and has good will
towards the company I represent.

I thrive on being responsible for my own work and results. I have the ability to connect with
people from all backgrounds and to convey a sense of trust, both over the phone and in
person. I have a diverse education and am a confident self learner. I studied Physiotherapy
without graduating but from the 3 years spent, gained a very detailed understanding of
medicine and how it is practised in Australia. I've maintained an interest in health that
combined with my phone skills presents as having some background for the Contact Centre
Liaison role.
