Dear BUPA Hiring Manager,

I started my sales career with Natural Solar in early 2020. After almost a year I moved to Clipsal Solar before it
ceased trading in residential solar in late 2022. Most recently I've been with Huglo Solar. I transitioned easily to
sales as prior roles, from the earliest in call centres and hospitality, to Transaction Accounts, had a focus on
serving stakeholders. The result is strong client relation skills and people sense that I genuinely enjoy being of
assistance. I also possess an analytic mindset which a product like solar required. Common feedback was;
“You've explained solar well”.

My customer engagement style is focused on listening and building rapport. My success in solar was due to the
ability to have meaningful conversations, combined with product and industry knowledge. I wasn't the best sales
person per se, but led with referrals and repeat business. My personal mantra is "delight the customer". I believe
in listening more than talking. I find a moment in the interaction to make a personal connection and strive to
make each call memorable to the client.

I thrive on taking responsible for my own work and results. I can connect with people from all backgrounds and
convey a sense of trust, both over the phone and in person. With a diverse education, I am a confident self
learner. I'm attracted to the culture at BUPA and I wish to use my sales and communication skills to make a
difference and enhance people's lives.
