    majoring in English For Business And Professional Communication VIII at the Politeknik
    Tonggak Equator, would like to conduct an interview and the results will be used to conduct a
    thesis entitled "AN ANALYSIS OF SPEAKING FLUENCY SCALE OF FRONT OFFICE
    STAFFS OF HOTEL IBIS PONTIANAK CITY CENTER". Thank you for your willingness to
    participate in this research.
    1. How long have you been a front office?
    2. How often do you handle guest using English
