LEASE OF BUILDING

This Contract of Lease is entered into by and between:

NESTOR C. FERNANDEZ, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Tres de Mayo, Digos City,
hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR;
And
RANDIE ALFICHE, Filipino, of legal age, single/married and a resident of Sta. Ana, Tres de Mayo, Digos
City, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREFORE, the LESSOR is the owner of a building annexed to the house of the LESSOR
located at Tres de Mayo, Digos City;

WHEREFORE, the LESSEE desires to lease the building of the LESSOR subject to the following
terms and conditions, viz:

1. That the amount of the building lease shall be FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) monthly
which shall be payable at the end of every month;

2. That the lease of the building shall commence on July 1, 2023 and will expire on July 1, 2024;
renewable by mutual agreement of the parties;

3. That the water and electricity bill shall be for the account of the LESSEE and shall be payable
to the LESSOR every 15th day of the month;

4. That any improvement that may be made in the building shall have the prior consent of the
LESSOR;

5. That the building shall not be made the abode by the LESSEE.

6. That violation of the terms condition of the lease will rescind this contract without judicial
proceedings.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affix our signatures this June ___, 2023 at Digos City,
Davao del Sur, Philippines.
