I have decided to adopt the following characteristics and traits as a leader.
The first is justice. You must think that you are doing what is right and that
the people are right before the law in order to be a leader. You must uphold
firm beliefs and moral and ethical standards consistently and unwaveringly
in order to show honesty as a leader. Honesty should be your guiding
principle in all of your decisions and efforts. The course that comes next will
help you better understand how you interact with your team as a leader.
Last but not least, the choice, in which you consult a co-worker for guidance
before coming to a final conclusion to someone.
