Our 1 Year Capped, No More To Pay amount is only applicable to new land estates within the Kaplan building area regions of Sydney. Knock down re-build and infill suburbs will attract additional location specific works, requirements, deliveries and charges.
The 1 Year Total Capped amount is limited to land that does not have greater than 1.5m of crossfall, slope or fall across the land between any boundaries being front, rear or sides. Kaplan Homes reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time without
notice and release a revised and updated offer before acceptance. Acceptance is only valid once a commencement fee is paid and a quotation is signed as authorised by a customer. There is no official offer until a written quotation is presented in person to
a customer by a Kaplan Homes consultant. Utility supply services up to 12m from the home and statutory requirements are included within the 1 Year Total Capped amount. The amount includes and is based on our 7 Star Inclusions Brochure. Building over or
adjacent to sewer or stormwater mains, easements, swimming pools and substations are not included but will be added, if permitted and required, at a capped and No More To Pay amount. Landscaping, rain gardens, bushfire protection, acoustic treatments,
retaining walls, fences, driveways, pools, letterbox and clothes lines are not included. This document is dated March 2023. All prices are inclusive of the complying development certificate (CDC) approvals process. Development Applications (DA) via council
if required for your particular block of land will attract additional fees by council. These will be added to your no more to pay quotation to consider before proceeding. All minimum land width & depth dimensions are subject to change in accordance with
updated government regulations. Errors and ommisions excepted for all listed figures. Our one year capped price is conditional as listed on our formal quotations and presented to customers prior to any commitments being made by them.
