TEACH SETTINGS

After Length calibration you have to check teach settings of the machine ok or not. You need exact 90
degree for make U test and than after make a broaching test.

For a teach settings you have to select “Settings” tab at the top menu and select the “teach” for
starting settings.

Than make a selection at Angle-Left as figured below;

As shown at the figures there is two different shapes processed at the angle teaching. First Arc shape
coming out from machine and they are fort he angles up to 10 degree. This arc shapes measurement
way figured as below;
So this arc measuring and value must be typing as %10. For example if you measure 40 degree at this
kind of piece, you should enter 4 degree. Up to 10 degree all the shapes as arc. Than 15-120 degree
became sharp tiped shape. This kind of shapes measuring as below;
At this kind of shapes, you must enter what you see. For example, if you measure 45 degree you must
type 45 to value area.

Teach settings :

At the teach settings section click the RUN(G) buton for starting to process. Click on the value at Angle
row which you start to measure. Than enter the value which you measured. After complete all the
pieces clik the Interpolation buton to recalculate the pulses. Than if you need checking some values,
you can re teach some values.

So check the figures below which before teach, teach values entered and after interpolation.

This figure show us pulse changing after click to Interpolation buton. So program recalculate the
pulses and Angle values became orginal values with new pulses.
After Angle-Left teach you must do Angle-Right teach with same way. We suggested save the data
after each interpolation process. With this if a power failure, you are already saved a finger’s teach and
you can continue to teach settings from other finger.

After Left and Right Angle teach right click on a value and than select “Apply angle to arc”.

After select it a message will appear to check. Click “OK” to continue. Than you are ready to teach
settings for Arc-Left and Right. First start from Arc-Left and select all the values and click on the
RUN(G) buton.
At this section you should enter the values to “Degree” row what you see. NOTE: 90-91-92 degrees
are ok for Arc teaching but less values as 89 degree not ok. Arc teach value entering is abit different
than Angle. After typing value you should pres Enter.
You must be sure about typing the value correctly because percentage would recalculate and
changing after press Enter. So with this after complete entering the values, you don’t need to press
“Interpolation” button. The point is if you pass the values directly pressing Enter, check box will
unchecked position automatically. It’s mean that value is ok. You must continue Arc teaching until all
the ceheck boxes became empty. Than you can pass the other finger’s Arc teaching.

Use the same way for teaching Arc-Right. We recommend to save data during the Arc teach settings
after complete each sequence of teaching until all the check boxes became empty.
