Please answer the following reflection questions. Write your reflection using a Times

1. Share a personal experience or observation on 21 stCentury teaching and learning being

practiced in your pre-pandemic classroom and presently in the mode of learning during the

pandemic. What life lessons and values have you realized and learned?

- Before pandemic the teaching and learning process are so effective because there is an

interaction between the students and teacher, as the pandemic came in our mode of learning

change from face-to-face class to online class. Now, it become hard for me to adapt to this

new mode of learning because, I was more comfortable in face-to-face class, during this

mode of learning I noticed that teachers integrate more project-based learning wherein we

need to think more critically and try to solve the given activities or problem on our own.

Now, what I realized is that we must not become comfortable in one place because there

will be a time that we need to get out in our comfort zone, so we need to explore more and

discover more knowledge in order to adapt any situation.

2. From among the characteristics of 21st Century teacher enumerated, which of those do you

already possess and what will you do to develop the other characteristics that you don’t

have?

- Among the characteristics of 21st century teacher that I possess is the multi-literate, multi-

specialist, multi-skilled and lifelong learning. I will gain more learning experiences and

continue to practice my skills to develop some of the characteristics that I don’t have yet.
