PHINA COMPANY LIMITED

(PCL)

NTRODUCTIONI:

PHINA COMPANY LIMITED is the company involving in making liquid soaps and

introduces our soap and brand through our website phl@limited.com. The

manufacturing of soap is the complex process that involves different activities and

processes. Back to around 2800 BC in Ancient Babylon discovered the basic method of

making soap (fats boiled with ashes and water) but due to introduction of technology

many industries are involving in production of liquid soap.

Our products range from all-purpose products to that are used for specific

requirements. Is the business that is established with the aim of competing favorably

with other leading soap and prevent communicable disease in hospitals, day cares,

schools, streets and restaurants.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

PCL has designed a new product that provides managers with a quick, easy, and

affordable method to effectively monitor employee hand washing. Proper hand washing

is the most effectively preventive measure available to combat communicable disease.

Improper hand washing contributes to more than 130,000 deaths in Tanzania each

year through a transfer of communicable disease in restaurants, day cares, schools and

hospitals.

Existing products offer no effective or affordable solutions for enforcing and

ensuring hand washing compliance, treatment of preventable but PCL is the first

producer that answers this problem and provides indisputable proof every time a person

washes his or her hands.

After washing occur, the unique dye in our soap remains on the hands fades to the

skin’s natural color in under six minutes.

No other product on the market offers such a high level of assurance of sanitation

compliance.

THE MARKET ANALYSIS:

The restaurants, hospitals, day cares and hospitals represent the best opportunity for

our market. Day cares are an ideal market because they have a vested interested in

reducing disease transfer amongst children and have adamant support from their

parents to create as clean an environment as possible. ‘Most day care centers are

sophisticated little germ factories, exchanging bacteria and viruses with the shake of a

hand or sharing of a toy. And many of those nasty bugs travel home where they can

infect the rest of the family.
