AFFIDAVIT

I, Elena C. Campos, Filipino, of legal age, with residence address at 52 Ilocos

Norte Street, Brgy. Ramon Magsaysay Bago Bantay, Quezon City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. From the year 2001, my father Gregorio R. Campos has been leasing his real
property located at 52 Ilocos Norte Street, Brgy. Ramon Magsaysay Bago Bantay,
Quezon City to my brother Enrique Campos.

2. However, when being asked for payment by father, Gregorio R. Campos, an

altercation always happens between him and my brother Enrique Campos,
accusing my father of defrauding my brother on getting water on the real property
without paying the latter; shouting the words “SOBRA SOBRA NA YUNG
KITA NILA SA TUBIG!”

3. Further accusing my father, Gregorio R. Campos of claiming payment without

providing for an account of my brother’s payable on lease and in water bills.

4. While having a heated argument with my father; Enrique Campos, utters and
shouts the words “GAGO, SIRAULO, BALIW!” to my father.

5. On 30 November 2011, on or about 2:00 pm in the afternoon, our family had a

family meeting, and in that meeting we have agreed to condone all the debts of
Enrique Campos from the year 2001 to 2004. On the condition that my brother,
Enrique Campos will be leaving the real property he is leasing on or before 31
March, 2012 as requested by Enrique Campos himself in order for the latter to
find a place transfer to. As evidenced by Campos Family minutes of meeting
herein attached as “Annex A”

6. Unfortunately, Enrique Campos failed to leave the property as agreed upon by the
family and still failing to provide payment for lease up to present date.

7. On 2017, my brother Enrique Campos loaned cash from my father to register a

motorcycle purchased by the former, when being asked for payment the former in
a disrespectful manner still shouts at my father the words: “GAGO, SIRAULO,
BALIW KA!”

8. Up to present time, when being asked by my father to provide payments for lease
and for the money my brother, Enrique Campos, owes my father for the
registration cost of his motorcycle and debts from the water bills since my father
is already ninety (90) years old and have no source of income, Enrique Campos
screams at my father saying that my father is not able to list the incurred debts of
my brother Enrique Campos while angrily uttering the words “PUTANG INA!”
and “HINDI PA KAYO MAMATAY!” while having a heated argument with
my father.
 AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NAUGHT.
