The proposed capstone project is the Villarreal Medical

Clinic Scheduling System is a software project designed to
improve the scheduling process for patients and medical
staff at Villareal Clinic. Through this capstone project, we
aim to improve the health care delivery while providing a
more positive experience for both patients and staff. By
developing a web-based scheduling system for Villareal
Medical Clinic and evaluate its effectiveness among Pototan,
Iloilo residents. We are confident that with your guidance,
we will be able to develop a comprehensive and meaningful
thesis that contributes to the existing body of knowledge in
this field.

We are committed to devoting the necessary time, effort, and

resources to undertake this capstone project. We assure you
that we will maintain open and regular communication, meet

the research process. We understand that being a thesis
