In line with education and awareness of” KASAMBAHAY” in our barangay, regarding
Republic Act 10361 -Domestic Workers/Batas Kasambahay, we would like to help them
enhance their knowledge about their rights and privileges as KASAMBAHAY as well as the
rights and obligations of their EMPLOYERS.
We will conduct an orientation with the Kasambahays on May 21, 2022, Saturday, 9:00 am in
Josephine Bracken Covered Court. In view of this, may we request your good office to provide
us the speakers that will expand their cognition of the “Batas Kasambahay.’ Please invite also
a representative from Philhealth and SSS for those who would like to be a member.

3 Regular clean-up was done on the 450 M stretch of Buaya Creek

waterways from JP. Rizal to R. Matanda . Four (4) sacks of waste
materials, and debris were collected from the creek.
4 Buaya Creek & all other streets in Villa Maria Clara is continually
maintained, inspected and cleaned on a regular basis under the
supervision of PB Mojica with a daily reminder for the residents to
cooperate and maintain cleanliness in our community

where the respondent or any of the respondents actually resides, at the
election of the complainant.
3. Citing paragraph 19 of page 79 of Katarungan pambarangay book “

the Lupon has no authority to settle dispute when one of the respondents
is a resident of another city or municipality even though complainant and
the other respondent are residing in the same locality. “All of the
respondents must be residents of the same city or a municipality for the
complaint to be concillable by the lupon, otherwise the complaint should
be filled directly in court.

of the which was based from the City Planning Map before proceeding
with the
Construction of the intended DRRM warehouse .
3. When I assumed office, Ex- PB Reynaldo Rivera had coordinated

with the City Engineers Office. As per record, after being geodetically
surveyed that office declared barangays’ claim of the land in question to
be part of government property, thus the demolition of structure
constructed by Wilfredo Battad.
4. We agree for you conduct another survey (at your own expense) and
if you find an irregularity, then with the concurrence & approval of the
council, we will concede & allow the demolition but if ever you still
have an encroachment after the said survey, I’ll be forced to get the
portion owned by the government. However, until then we cannot stop
the construction of a barangay project on a government owned property.
5. Documentation duly signed by Geodetic Engineer is available or you

can refer this matter to the City Government Office so you can be
furnished with the copy of the approved location map.

(James Cu) around 11:00 am. The Secretary, requested BPSO/tanod Bejer to respond &
assess the situation.. The child, who is “mentally Challenged” got scared when a male
approaches her. Hence we sent over the Bgy. Treasurer Hernandez to assist and brought
her to the barangay for questioning. It was futile exercise since we could not get any
correct
information
Because of the childs’ inability to understand the situation & due to her erratic behavior
we
decided to bring her to Station 8,. But were informed that in order to process her turn
over to
SSDD the Barangay was required to submit this referral letter.
From Station 8 Barangay officials brought her to the Project 4 Health center and
examined by
the doctor. In conclusion, we respectfully endorse the child to your care and assistance

ACTION OF BGY. VILLA MARIA CLARA
AGAINST COVID 19
Upon the declaration of the Public Health Emergency (effective March 15) &
with demonstration of how to wear PPE in Quezon City Circle Basketball Court, Bgy.
VMC right after that organized a four (4) man “Barangay Health Response Team”
with
function to monitor those residents or visitor of VMC residents coming from Covid19
affected countries.
Thereafter, followed by the organization of Health Information Team, ready to

Receive and disseminate information related to Covid19
Announcement to public address system for our residents to report & register
their
visitors in our barangay and assure them of their confidentiality. PB ordered the
BHERT
to go out and covertly gather information, but negative result.
The barangay implemented revitalized clean up drive in our area of responsibility

to
prevent Covid19 effect in our barangay . To include distribution of limited number of
masks to some of our residents & staff. We provided our office with alcohol & even
disinfected our bgy hall.
Upon announcement of the President regarding the community quarantine we

informed the residents with those important reminders like -children should stay home
instead of computer shop. Likewise, social distance of at least one (1) meter was
emphasized & group activities is prohibited with the issuance of Executive Orders to
temporarily cancel all group activities inside the Bracken Court. So the basketball
court
is closed.
Bgy VMC will continue to disinfect our bgy hall, Day Care Center and we will
encourage our residents to disinfect their houses like what we are doing in our barangay
& share with them if we can have enough supplies,

1. Reference: Letter from that Department dated September 12, 2022

which pertains to the directive of Mayor Joy Belmonte to create an
inventory of CCTV.
2. Anent the above-cited reference, request be informed that this

Barangay at present have 44 Barangay owned & maintained active
CCTV Cameras located in different areas of Barangay Villa Maria
Clara (See Attached Location Map with Addresses Attached).
3. However, based on our analysis these number of CCTV’s could not

cover the whole area considering that some of them are 180 camera
that produces gap in time of their movement leaving some areas
unmonitored. So, in order to ensure 100 monitoring, we suggest that
all CCTVs will be position fixed focusing in one direction rather than
moving.
4. We consulted to CCTV experts to conduct evaluation on how many

more CCTVs we need to cover the whole area of VMC with fixed
CCTV focus. As per evaluation, we still need at least 32 CCTVs to
cover all including alleys of our barangay. But as for the cost to be
incurred, thereof it can be determined only after the length of the wire
to be used is measured, hence we are waiting for the estimate & with
prayers hopefully we can request that to our City Mayor or Peace &
Order Cluster of the city.

(2) dead coconut trees in #49 R. Matanda St. cor Alimudin Ext. In #20
T. Mascardo St., there is one tree that reached the high-tension wire &
in #44 T. Mascardo St., there is a dried Bougainvillea that coiled in
the wires / cables & all of them shows security &safety risk to the
residents of our Barangay.
2. In connection with this request, treat them as an urgent matter that

needs a proactive solution, hence, we are requesting your good office
for your immediate action on our concerns. (See attached pictures)
