Statement of Nonconformity – describe clearly the nonconformity, objective evidence and the requirement.

ISO 9001-2015: Criteria Clause 4.4.1: Quality Management System, and its Processes

1. Core Process 3. There is evidence of internal protocols in conducting research (which leads to “in aid of Conservation Assessment”, “in aid of Collection
Management”, “in aid of Exhibition”, etc.) Recommendation: Must enrolled based on their existing Plantilla positions and division’s mandate. To
clarify funding for their research’s publication. Currently, no fixed budget is allotted for ABBHD’s publications. As of current, write-ups are released v
via social media only per at least once per month.
2. Core Process 4. No approved process. (For Standardization) AABHD is on-standby for centralized / standard format that is applicable to all curatorial divisions.
Recommendation: Existing practice (top mgt instruction & collaboration with external LGUs) must be enrolled in the future as the division matures.
To clarify from “research to conceptualization” end of work, due to EEMPSD’s role in exhibition.
